Throughout, the way Alon and his staff carried themselves was calm, attentive and genuinely pleasant, and on that front I truly have no complaint. My issue is the outcome itself: once both the surgery and the later revision were finished, I still wasn't happy with how it looked aesthetically, and the only remedy they offered was to cover it over with tattooing. Given that I paid upward of 40,000 NIS in total, revision included, that response left me feeling like my money, and above all my time, simply didn't matter. Do I regret going through with the procedure at all? Not for a moment, it was probably one of the best things I've done for myself and genuinely improved my confidence and quality of life. My regret is strictly about how the results came out, and that alone is why I can't recommend Dr. Alon Liran when it comes to aesthetic surgery.

Honesty, fairness and reliability are exactly what I have to thank Dr. Yaron Zanti and Sarit for. A hair-smoothing treatment had gone wrong, and I was convinced it had harmed my follicles, so I showed up ready to spend thousands of shekels on PRP/IPRF sessions. Instead, they were completely straight with me, said I simply didn't need it, and sent me off with a smile. Plenty of other clinics, I'm sure, would have happily cashed in on my uncertainty and pocketed the money without a second thought. I walked out feeling genuinely good, and with a few thousand shekels still sitting in my account. If only every professional behaved this way! They're the most trustworthy people around, and I'll definitely be sending friends their way.

It's now been a full year since my transplant, and the results have been truly excellent. Beforehand I wasn't even sure I wanted to go ahead, let alone with whom. I looked into a lot of clinics and asked around among friends before finally settling on Dr. Yaron Zanti. Throughout, I felt I was in genuinely expert hands: the work was carried out by certified doctors, Yaron and Miri, together with first-class technicians. It isn't the easiest process to go through, but every moment and every shekel were worth it. Afterward I stayed in direct contact with the clinic under Yaron's supervision, and their availability for any question was remarkably high, though in the end nothing went wrong at all. The change in me is honestly hard to put into words. My thanks go to the whole BHR team: dear Yaron, Sarit, Miri and every technician who worked on my transplant. Many places offer this, but only once you've had it done by Yaron Zanti do you understand what real professionalism and attention to detail actually mean. Take it from me, you won't be sorry. What sets Yaron apart is how uncommon it is to find all of it in one person: patience, integrity, genuine skill and a real gift with people. The outcome came out wonderful. Credit is also due to Sarit, who manages the clinic, whose thoroughness and professionalism deserve a mention of their own.

This was in fact my second time around, since I'd already had a transplant elsewhere, so I have a genuine basis for comparison, and above everything the result here is excellent. The care itself is professional and responsible, and what counts just as much is that even a year later there's still someone to consult and lean on. You hear no shortage of warnings about getting a hair transplant in Israel, but where Dr. Yaron Zanti is concerned I'd simply say go ahead.

A bit about my journey with Dr. Zanati, for anyone interested. I'm 39, and hair loss has been part of my life for close to 15 years. Over that stretch I threw everything at it: Finasteride, Minoxidil in pill form, plus Toppik and Dermmatch to mask the thinning. Roughly two years back I had a transplant at a well-regarded clinic abroad. I don't doubt their competence, and they clearly cared and invested in me, but I came away with disappointing growth percentages, a couple of tiny necroses, a hairline that sat a touch too straight, and a run of doubles along one side that gave a faintly doll-like look. Jump ahead two years: after watching several of Dr. Zanati's patients who were genuinely (not just politely) pleased, I booked a meeting. And whatever angle I probed him from (two years of poring over hair-restoration forums, both the international network and the Israeli ones, turns you into an obsessive nitpick), he had a thorough answer, even for things I'd assumed I understood and only then realized I didn't. We got into dense-pack, the punch size he'd recommend, designing the hairline, pulling singles out of doubles, the fronto-temporal angle, planting grafts between existing follicles, and why clearing scabs matters for preventing fibrosis and the scarring that later shifts a follicle's growth angle, and plenty more. I really dug in, and he dug right back into each subject with obvious love and patience; the man is plainly obsessed with this field. Having tracked Dr. Bisanga, who ranks among the globe’s foremost hair-transplant surgeons, for two years, I was thrilled to find there's a real reason the Israeli clinic carries the name BHR-Israel, BHR being Bisanga's own clinic. This isn't some franchise 'branch' borrowing a famous name to cash in; the know-how, professionalism and standards genuinely hold to the standard set by the mother clinic. Being Israeli, it's reassuring that such a high-caliber option exists right here. In the end we placed 1600 follicles to build up the thin hairline left from my first transplant, and we also did a punch-out extraction of grafts from that earlier work that were hurting the hairline's appearance, relocating them elsewhere. I won't dwell on the procedure itself (the dullest part to read, and everyone writes the same things) beyond saying it went excellently and was almost pain-free. For me personally (and this varies case to case), recovery was far, far gentler than last time. Previously I stayed five days in an apartment near the clinic, two of them for the transplant, and despite kind staff it was rough: I felt too much adrenaline was used and I swelled up a lot (visually it didn't bother me, though I suspect it lowered my graft acceptance rate), and I was bored stiff. This time around I recuperated at home, amid familiar surroundings, with a computer and television, and that alone made a huge difference to how I felt. To wrap up: Yaron, Dr. Zanati, is easily one of the warmest and most considerate people I have come across. The passion he pours into his work, his perfectionism, and how reachable he stays all sit at the very top of anything I have run into, and setting these words down to praise him genuinely makes me happy.

אלף תודות לכם ולדוקטור הנעים. הטיפול היה מאוד מרשים ובסופו של דבר התוצאה יצאה פשוט מדהימה. השומות נעלמו כאילו לא היו שם מלכתחילה. יש לכם לייזר Co2 באיכות גבוהה מאוד והדוקטור עם ידיים של זהב.

הסרתי אצלם המון פלולות, גם בגוף וגם בפנים. הם היו היחידים שעמדו על כך שאבדק קודם אצל רופא עור. דווקא בגלל זה בחרתי בהם, ובכלל לא מצטערת. הפלולות הוסרו בצורה הכי טובה שיש, המחיר היה ממש נוח, והעובדה שרופאים הם אלה שמבצעים את ההסרה הייתה חשובה לי מאוד.

שירות מצוין להסרת נקודות חן. ההסרה נעשית בלייזר CO2 והם מקפידים על כל פרט שצריך. את המחיר מקבלים כבר בשיחת הטלפון. שירות משובח.

לא הייתי מודע לכך שאפשר להגדיל את האיבר בלי ניתוח, והייתי ספקן מאוד. למרות כל מה שנתקלתי בו הייתי בטוח שזה סתם גימיק. בסופו של דבר התאזרתי באומץ ועברתי את הטיפול, וכל מה שחשבתי התהפך לחלוטין. האפקט פשוט לא נורמלי, מדהים כמה שינוי זה עושה. עשיתי 10 סמ"ק וזה בדיוק מה שהתאים לי.

מה שהכריע אצלי היה בעצם היחס הזורם והענייני, הכול הוסבר בצורה ברורה ומהירה בלי שום סחבת. תקופה ארוכה הקסנטלזמה בעפעפיים הציקה לי, בעיקר מפני שכל פעם מול המראה העין נתפסה אליה. התלבטתי לא מעט עד שהגעתי למדיקל C. שם פירטו לי את האפשרויות, את תהליך ההחלמה ואת מה שכדאי לשקול, ורק כשהייתי רגוע לגמרי המשכנו לטיפול עצמו. הצוות שידר ביטחון, והמרפאה עצמה הרגישה נקייה, מסודרת ומקצועית. היום, במבט לאחור, אני שמח שלא המשכתי לדחות את זה. אזור העפעפיים נראה הרבה יותר טוב, פרט קטן שעושה לי הבדל גדול בכל יום. לכל מי שזקוק לטיפול אחראי ורציני בהסרת קסנטלזמה, מדיקל סי בהחלט שווה המלצה.

מה שהיה קריטי מבחינתי זה לא ליפול אצל מישהו שמוכר חלומות, אלא לבחור מקום שמתייחס לזה ברצינות. כשהגעתי למדיקל סי הסבירו לי בצורה ישרה מה בכלל ריאלי להשיג בהגדלת פין ומה לא, וזה בדיוק מה שנתן לי שקט וביטחון עוד לפני שהתחלתי. לאורך כל הטיפול נשמרה דיסקרטיות ואווירה נעימה, בלי שום לחץ ובלי רגע של מבוכה. אהבתי שהגישה הייתה רגועה, מדויקת ומקצועית מתחילתה ועד סופה. בסופו של דבר התוצאה מורגשת ונראית טבעית לחלוטין, ובעיקר הוסיפה לי המון ביטחון עצמי. לכל מי שמתלבט לגבי הצעד הזה, אני ממליץ לעשות אותו רק במקום אחראי ומסודר.

האמת שלא תיארתי לעצמי שאשב לכתוב חוות דעת על נושא כל כך רגיש, אבל דווקא בגלל זה מגיע להם פרגון. במדיקל סי פגשתי יחס רגוע, ענייני ובעיקר דיסקרטי לחלוטין. אף אחד לא שאל שאלות מיותרות ולא גרם לי להרגיש לא בנוח, והכול לווה בהסבר ברור על מה עומדים לעשות ומה צפוי אחר כך. הסרת הקונדילומה עצמה הסתיימה מהר יותר משחשבתי, בצורה נקייה ומקצועית. נכנסתי עם לא מעט מתח ויצאתי הרבה יותר רגוע. ממליץ בחום למי שמחפש מקום רציני ששומר על דיסקרטיות.

היה לי קסנתלזמה באזור העפעפיים, ובגלל הקרבה לעיניים די פחדתי לגעת בזה. אחרי לא מעט התלבטות בחרתי בסוף במדיקל סי, ותוך זמן קצר הבנתי שעשיתי את הבחירה הנכונה. הדבר שהכי הרגיע אותי היה שלא הבטיחו לי דברים מוגזמים ולא הפעילו עליי שום לחץ, אלא פשוט הסבירו הכול לגופו של עניין. הם בדקו את האזור, פירטו לי למה לצפות מהתוצאה ומה חשוב לשמור עליו בזמן ההחלמה. הטיפול היה קצר ומאורגן, והיחס היה אנושי בטירוף. בשום שלב לא הרגשתי כמו עוד מספר בתור, אלא שבאמת אכפת להם מהחשש שלי וממה שהפריע לי. כשההחלמה הסתיימה האזור נראה הרבה יותר טוב, ושינוי קטן כזה עשה לי הבדל עצום בביטחון ובתחושה. חוויה מקצועית ונעימה, ואני ממש שמח שהלכתי דווקא אליהם.

כל הסיפור התחיל כשנלחצתי אצל רופאת עור בקופת חולים, שרק אמרה לי שהנקודות הקטנות שצצו לי נקראות מיליה, בלי ממש להסביר מה זה, למה זה קורה, ובעיקר עם משפט מתסכל של 'אין מה לעשות עם זה'. לא הבנתי כלום, אז התחלתי לחפש באינטרנט ובסוף הגעתי למדיקל סי, שם עברתי הסרה של המיליום בעזרת לייזר. היו לי המון כאלה, וכבר בטיפול הראשון ראיתי שיפור אדיר. בטיפול השני, שנעשה בלי שום עלות נוספת, ניקו את מה שעוד נשאר, ובזכות זה העור שלי נקי היום לגמרי מכל אותן נקודות שומן. אני מאוד מעריכה את זה.
